Description:
The 2050E12 Digital (Class D) Power Amplifier is a digital switching amplifier engineered to drive large vibration test shakers. The Class D design yields much higher efficiency under load than conventional linear amplifiers, reducing heat rejection and enabling a smaller physical amplifier for the same output capability. A multi-function digital display offers readouts of output voltage & current and high-visibility status indicators which serve as an internal / external fault diagnostic with retained fault indication. The unit is built for installation in standard 19‑inch racks and uses internal two-speed, temperature-controlled fans tied to the output module heat sink and main transformer to ensure quiet operation.
